Problem Recorder Uncompressed

Hi, I have this problem:
I have configured the recorder with:
OnLine: Uncompressed or Uncompressed MXF OP-ATOM
Off line: IMX50 MXF OP-ATOM
Browse: MPEG4 Quicktime
and Ingex.conf:
Primary: UYVY - Secondary: none
Only the OnLine recorder and other error.

If I change:
OnLine: Uncompressed or Uncompressed MXF OP-ATOM
Off line: IMX50 MXF OP-ATOM
Browse: MPEG4 Quicktime
and Ingex.conf:
Primary: YUV422 - Secondary: MPEG
the first is error.

How do I configure for:
OnLine: Uncompressed

Browse: MPEG4 Quicktime

You have a problem trying to do all three formats because they each require a different capture buffer format and only two are available (primary and secondary).

Uncompressed requires UYVY
IMX50 requires YUV422
MPEG4 requires YUV420 (MPEG)

Unfortunately you can't do all three.

what is the best uncompressed encoding  for on-line??

You can't do uncompressed with YUV422.
I take it you are working SD by the way?  If so, the highest quality compressed format is probably MJPEG 2:1

what is the encoding for off-line and browse???

If you have secondary None, you won't be able to encode any offline or browse formats.

How about:
Primary UYVY - Uncompressed (MXF OP-ATOM)
Secondary YUV422 - MJPEG 10:1

Or you could do no offline but browse instead:
Primary UYVY - Uncompressed (MXF OP-ATOM)
Secondary MPEG - MPEG4 Quicktime

You don't say which post production system you are using - obviously that will influence your choice of offline format.
