Multiple update servers in single program instance; process i.d., pid_file option.

Changes over inadyn-mt-ms-pid-04-02.24.38.patch:

This version fixes alias type 'coupled' parse error.

Please upgrade previous inadyn-mt versions to inadyn-mt.v.02.24.38 and use the present patch instead of any previous multi services patch with the corresponding previous inadyn-mt version.
