Impro-Visor 4.00 packages

Packages for Impro-Visor 4.00 are now available for download.
Some small little fixes were done to make sure that users/developers can generate proper packages for binary/source from the source distribution so that they do not inadvertently violate the license if they distribute these.

The .7z files are 7-Zip format. See the related SourceForge project for applications to work with this type of file. Or P7Zip for Linux/UNIX.
