I have unzipped the windows installer and tried running via the DOS prompt iipsrv.fcgi and almost immediately I get an error from windows that iipsrv.fcgi has stopped working. Tried this on another windows 7 system and the same issue. Also downloaded the C++ 2005 distributable package and this has made no difference. Any ideas how to get this working on windows 7 or isn't windows 7 supported?. Many thanks, Andrew.

The iipsrv.fcgi binary should work fine when run within Apache on Windows 7. For the DOS prompt, it should also work in theory. Perhaps there is some runtime path issue with libtiff, libjpeg etc?
