#1 MSCV 6 compilation error

Hello,
i have a problem - when i compile asn1 project on MSVC
6.0 SP 5 with STL 4.0 and boost 1.23.0 there is error
in BOOST files (...boost\pool\detail\ct_gcd_lcm.hpp)

error C2989: 'ct_gcd_helper<A,B,0>' : template class
has already been defined as a non-template class

It seems to be non compatible with MSVC compiler. Have
i do any changes in boost, compiling ASN1?
