Hi! IHU is a very big program! I use it in a local FM station for doing live events of the city (instead of expensive g.722 hardware codecs).

An interesting option is using OSS DSP, is a little complex to control ALSA in a enviroment of multiple soundcards on the same machine.

Other question, its possible to improve other codecs like ogg vorbis 44100 mono at 64 kbps... ? for having a little musical quality in live events.

And in the future, any "realtime" and "delay suppression" are welcome.

I'll try to add OSS support for the next release.

Instead adding the ogg vorbis codec will be a bit more complicated, but I'll think about it.
