#3 Some problem when opening

I opened Igor on Windows Vista and Firefox internet browser (not sure if they are the problems) and got this after being shown the Igor mad scientist logo thing:

Failed to read text configuration files:

Reason: XML resource directory does not exist: resources/XML/text

and then...

The following unexpected error has occured:
