#54 backup destroyed my data
I used back up feature in march 2010. today, 13th of october, after spending hours inputing all my transactions that I made, I clicked on Import Profile. This loaded my backup from march.. I cannot access the data from march till today.. Does it mean that I lost all my hard work? Is there any way to reload the most updated profile? Pls help!!
Unfortunately, importing profile will overwrite existing data. I am sorry you had to lose 6 months of transactions.
If it is of any help, you can import transactions from your bank statements.
