#258 Unhandled exception when clicking Settings for 2nd time

Hi,

• iCopy 1.6.1
• Windows 7 64 bits
• Canoscan liDE 100

When I click 'Settings' the first time after starting iCopy it functions normally and I can change some Settings.
When I close Settings, and click 'Settings' button again, I get an 'Unhandled Exception'.
When I click 'Continue' iCopy remains functioning normally.
When I click 'Settings' button again, I get an 'Unhandled Exception' again.

After closing and restarting iCopy, I can again open the Settings window one time, but after that I always get the crashes when clicking 'Settings' button.
For the rest, iCopy seems to function fine.

This behaviour is the same on the portable and the installed version.

The bug is fixed in the upcoming version 1.6.2!
