im running ibs-gnugk-0.15-1 all smooth and gr8 i have a
question if you can help in this i would be thankful and a Bounty is your's,
how i can make this ibs to charge extra charge based on
caller ID, example: all calls with caller ID start with 79
to add 0.03 per min on all the call's
calles start with caller ID 77 to add 0.04 per min on all
call's
calles start with caller ID 65 or any other ID to charge on the original
tarrif charge.
