well, I'm still using I18NEdit regulary in our company. It works quite well, but it has some design flaws (it has been created in a rather hackish way...). To overcome these, large portions of the programs would have to be rewritten - and at least we do not have the manpower to do this currently. Only then it would make sense to start adding new features.
