#22 Wizard generates incomplete script

Hi,

I've used the wizard to create a script with the Modern
UI layout for a simple install. This install works well
when just running it. But when running an unintended
install (with /S), it does not create folders in the
start menu.

After discussing this in the NSIS forum, it was found
that the script was lacking MUI_STARTMENU_WRITE_BEGIN
and MUI_STARTMENU_WRITE_END macros.

When I added these macros, the problems went away.

So the bug in HM NIS Edit is that it does not add these
macros.
