Provide a command to change the shape of the cursor for Insert/Overlay modes.
I find the block cursor for Insert to be totally counter-intuitive compared to what I was used to on a 3270 emulator, where block was overlay and underbar (or was it tall&skinny?) was insert.
In Windows, the cursor is tall and skinny and is always in Insert mode. It would be nice to have the same visual cue in THE.
