Problem with cursor display for READV command.
With both modes: READV KEY & READV Cmdline the visible cursor is displayed at the upper left location within the window. Editing functions (insert, delete, overtype, cursor moves) behave mostly as expected, but it's difficult to verify without the cursor displaying its current position.
I'm running THEC under Windows 8.1 with settings
Compatibility mode: ISPF ISPF ISPF
cmd :TOP
FILETABS: ON (same thing happens with FILETABS OFF)
IDLINE: ON
STATUSLINE: BOT (same thing happes with STATULINE: OFF)
READV KEY & READV Cmdline both work as expected in THE 3.2 Bob Langill http://www.thelastprogrammeranalyst.com

You should put this in a Bug Ticket and attach your code so that
others can test it on their system and post the results. That will
help Mark narrow down his search if, in fact, it's a bug.
