#97 ability to select different in-game stats for display

I would like to have the "Exp Left" readout instead say
"minutes per level", since there is already a "time to
level" stat.

Ideally the "minutes per level" stat would count debt
and xp together, such that is an indicator of your
overall in-game killing efficiency.
