HAs anyone else had problems getting the GUI to run
after reboot ? I am getting the following error message
in the error log and the program is exiting.

No connection could be made because the target
machine actively refused it

The Health monitor service appears to still be running.

Try to set in the registry
HKLM\Software\Healthmonitor\General\CheckUpdateOnStartup
= True
