#40 Hitachi Deskstar NAS - Idle drive state

I am using a Hitachi Deskstar NAS 6TB hard drive.
Model Number: HGST HDN726060ALE610
Firmware Revision: APGNT517

Using hdparm -C on the drive, it returns active/idle when I am accessing it but unknown after 2 seconds of inactivity. I checked the code and the state is 0x81. I have a attached patch which interprets 0x81 code as idle.

To merge this, I need a reference to the standards document which defines the exact/correct meaning of 0x81 here.
