This eliminates the problem of overloading a statically
sized array for listing objects and mobs in rooms.

Basically creates a linked list, adding new elements as
needed, then displays them, then frees the new
elements.

Also changed order to which things appear in the
do_look() command. Now characters appear first, then
mobs, then objects.
