#223 Visibility (change) issue of a job parameter has been closed by a template

The observed closed parameter seems to be changeable (colour of field background is not gray) and the „performed” change will be registered in the job history log. However the change has no effect on saving.
The observation has been made by the closed „Argument string” parameter of the job named „GEN3” of the enclosed workflow
