Hi all, I have been reading through the recently released "Gumstix Overo COM:" signals documentation, (http://www.gumstix.net/images//gumstix_overo_signals_v1.0.pdf) and noticed that under the 'Bluetooth' section, it states that the SPI1 bus and in particular SPI1_CS0 are reserved for future use. Not knowing about this until earlier this week, (afaik, the document only became available on the 5th of March) I have designed and ordered a custom daughterboard PCB to interface to the Gumstix Fire, which uses the SPI1 Chip Select 0 line as part of an essential data bus. Will this clash with the Bluetooth module on the Overo Fire? If so, what can I do about it? I only require the WiFi part of the Wi2Wi module; a method of disabling the Bluetooth part of the module (if necessary) would be an acceptable solution. All suggestions / advice welcome. Thanks for catching this error. GPIO174_SPI1_CS0 *IS NOT* reserved for future use in an SPI1 connection to a bluetooth module.
