#27 Seagull compiling error. Is there an solution smewhere?

I am trying to compile Seagull an this is not successful. More details:
- HP Server
- rhel-server-5.9-i386
- HP Open Call Signalling JA365-60003_P1
- seagull.svn.tar.gz from http://sourceforge.net/projects/gull/files/seagull/1.8.2

ERROR:

Find the directory which contains libntl.so and add the path with -L in build.conf in the line BUILD_TCAP_LIB_LD_LIBS_LINUX
if libntl.so is present as libntl.so.x, where x is version, create symbolic link libntl.so.x-->libntl.so
