When you try to open an arabian file name just like "مصخرة ديجي.3gp" it says "Failed to render the file" so everytime i download an arabic filename i need to rename is there anything to avoid this bug ?

I am using MPC v6.4.9.0 (and older versions before) in Windows XP SP2 and it works fine, it can read Arabic files.
The problem is in QuickTime +7.0, it can't play movies with Arabic names and it seems MPC uses QuickTime libs to play 3GP files.
Old versions of QuickTime (like 6.4) can play movies with Arabic names.
