#9 default signal display order in VCD file

When opening a VCD file, signals in the signal window appear sorted in alphabetical order.
It would be interresting to let them sorted in the order they are declared in the VCD file (order of $var's), and to use this as default display order, allowing the user to choose the display order when creating the VCD file. This default order could be retrieved via the edit/sort menu.
