Thanks a lot for the answer - with your help I found the solution.
The installer didn't complain when I ran it. The path var. was added to
uservars. I just added it to the sysvars. (first pos. of PATH) and
everything works properly now.
In the folder "system32" I found no iconv.dll.
I didn't know that some other installer already created some dlls for gtk on
my PC before, so I thought it has to do with the installer of gtk2hs.
