#258 Replace slow connections if possible

Replace slow sources with known faster connections on
download. Especially when it comes down to one source
who won't give up the last kb.

This is implemented already. you need to enable "aggressive swarming".

Otherwise, GTKG will always use all the sources it can to download the file. Just make sure you increase the default "max # of sources" to ensure you will really make use of all the known sources.
