GSim 0.17.0 released

What's new in this version:

* Advanced Array manager with ploting and fitting possibilities. Extended "Create array from spectrum" function. "File->create special->inverted" inverts array in the left column of the main table in Array Manager.

* Simple integration for 2D plots

* NMR data can have a link to an attached processing file. When user opens such dataset GSim can update processing table as stored in the processing file

* Optimised contour caclulation is about 30-40% is faster than previously used one

* A couple of minor processing functions (draw diagonal, XY balance)

* Sidebands picker appreciates the spinning rate uncertanty

* Projections of 2D spectra can be scaled by 'PageUp' and 'PageDown' buttons in addition to mouse wheel

* Rewritten interactive input for 'Shearing' processing function

* Fast axis units switch for 2D spectra

* Main cursor on the plot shows the point selected in Data Table

* Some keyboard shortcuts has been changed for portability purposes

* Based on new Qt 4.3.2

* Several bug fixes.
