GSim 0.12.0 released

What's new in this version:

The user interface has been changed significantly. Below are the highlights:

* More customisable interface: tools are grouped in very flexible side panels.

* Support for the multiple selection in the 'Files' panel. Several datasets can be moved/scaled or even processed just by one mouse click.

* New plot toolbar accomodate previously static buttons. New customisable processing toolbar can accomodate links to the most used processing functions.

* Axis units (e.g. Hz->kHz->ppm) can be changed by a simple click on the axis label.

* GSim can be used as a command-line converter/processor using new command-line options.

* New 'Help->Homepage', 'Help->Documentation' and 'Help->GSim forum' menu entries.

Other changes:

* Faster and more reliable baseline correction.

* Based on the updated version of the 'libcmatrix'. In case of the compilitation problems install a new version of 'libcmatrix'.

* Some minor new functionality and improved dialogs.

* Several bug fixes
