#144 Freezes when downsampling a saved pdf
I like to scan in 400 or 600 dpi for best OCR, then save as 300 dpi to keep files small. In 0.9.32, using the "Downsample to" option, this worked fine. But in 1.0.6, when I check, "Downsample to" saving never finishes. It seems to get stuck saving and I have to cancel the operation, ending up with a zero-byte file. Saving does work when "Downsample to" is unchecked.
It works fine here.
Please start gscan2pdf with the --log=log option, reproduce the problem, and post the log file.
