Long file names. Under windows 2008 R2 you can have files with more than 256 chars.
The last version of cygwin support this feature.

  please give more information: are you referring to the size of the source and destinartion text fields (which is 500 character)? to some limitations on the files that are synced? is it specific to the windows port, and if so to which port and which version?
