#12 Keyboard-only use

Currently keyboard-only use of Grip is very
inconvenient (try it out! pressing arrow keys and Tab
always seems to take the focus to the wrong place).

Adding Alt-<letter> shortcut keys to the tabs and
options would make things a lot easier.

A "rip+encode all tracks" shortcut would be especially
convenient, since currently this is an unnecessarily
complex operation (even with the mouse, and doubly so
when using only the keyboard). Alternatively, perhaps
automatically select all tracks when a CD is inserted?
