#35 Not able to get file store directory

When starting tests remotely via the console there is
no way for the test to get the file store directory.

This prevents distributing non-script files, because
there is no way to access them from within the test script.

It would be nice to have a way (Grinder.ScriptContext
perhaps) to get the directory of the file store, so
that the worker processes can access the distributed files.
