    [core/load.c]
    1) Added code to clear code blocks, allows multiple classes to be defined in one model.

    [core/rt/gridlabd.h]
    2) Harmonized struct s_enduse with structure in core

    [powerflow/triplex_meter.cpp]
    3) Added module global to allow user to control name of price variable to read from market.

    [residential/house_e.cpp]
    4) Added RBSA enduse loadshapes and changed default loadshape to use RBSA magnitude.
    5) Moved appliance loadshapes into an include file.
