Miniscule/demo functionality is now available. Mostly autoconf/automake boilerplate. Developers must first checkout and build Chandler_src-0.1, PyOpenGL, and grass-5.0 from their respective locations. You need to run grass first to make some vector data to look at (vector maps only supported right now)
