#121 it is impossible to build the examples with c++ builder xe1

When I do:
File->Open
Examples\Vcl\General\Image32_Ex\Image32_Ex.bpr
Then Build, the following errors are raised: Unable to find static library: GR32_DSGN_CB6.lib ... GR32_CB6.bpi

This is just to have common snippet of more general fault
I do not able to build with library in a sdi c++ project when inside of it I add a delphi form where it is used graphics32 librarian.
Always the build is broken on
[DCC Error] GR32_Backends_VCL.pas(50): E2291 Missing implementation of interface method IDeviceContextSupport.DrawTo
