#145 blurring the line between Keywords and Collections

Keywords and Collections are essentially the same
thing--ways to organize pictures. By having them
separated and distinct, you are duplicating efforts.
Consider merging the functionality offered by both,
making them interchangeable.

Next, the users should be allowed to make a
subcategory/subkeyword, thus constructing a tree of
keywords. Thus, the sort manages should work exactly
as your directory tree view works, except that
tags|keywords should be able to appear in multiple
places. Being able to expand/unexpand keyword
categories is *very* important, but should be optional.

Last of all take a page from F-spot image viewer, where
category names can be hidden while only the category
icons are shown, or vice-versa.
