#7 Error Message Handling

Excellent work, Andrew. You have a strong altruistic
trait in you. And we are all thankfull for that. Few
suggestions:

I get the "Failed to load Virtual Com Port" error
sometimes. I am told that not all of these occurences
are due to failure to load as sometimes the port is
already loaded by previous session and a 2nd attempt
fails. In such a case, maybe one could show a
different message and also give an option to ignore
such non-fatal messages in the Settings.
