I've tried both with latest stable version, and with code built from SVN.
I'm trying to concatenate two 20 second clips 720p ffmpeg encoded to mp4 with x264/aac streams. Output mp4 has a 60 seconds video stream (with first clip being showed twice) and the right amount of sound (40 seconds) so for the last 20 seconds of video, there's silence.
MP4Box spits no errors so for it, what it's doing seems pretty normal :)
Any clues?

Hi Sandy,
Could you please send us your files and your mp4box commmand-line so that we can reproduce?

Command is
MP4Box -cat audioStreamFrame0To500.mp4 -cat audioStreamFrame500To1000.mp4 out.mp4
also tried
MP4Box -cat audioStreamFrame0To500.mp4 -cat audioStreamFrame500To1000.mp4 -new out.mp4
Still same result.
There was indeed a bug in the editList merging, it should now be fixed on SVN. Thanks for the test files and bug report.
jean.
Downloaded latest code from svn, recompiled and it works! Thank you very much for the quick response and fix guys!
