#3 fullscreen should be the universal F11 key

fullscreen mode should be the universally used F11 key. I read a feature request that's really a help request, stating that he discovered that F6 is the current fullscreen key. This should be changed. pretty much every app on the planet that does fullscreen now uses F11 as a fullscreen toggle.
please make this change. thanks.
