#45 Patch to make GnomeBaker install theme-friendly icons

Here's a patch to help gnomebaker become a little more
friendly for icon themeing.

I would also suggest changing the references in to your
code that uses hard-coded location for icons in the
following files: project.c, and gblibnotify.c.

Also, it would help if in the about dialog to use the
project icon, instead of a custom image which will
prevent it from being themeable.
