#11 Tray Icon Tooltip Can Get Stuck Open

The tooltip on the tray icon can become stuck open
until it is moused over again if a user right clicks on
it and selects an item from the context menu that opens
a new window. The tooltip will not disappear again
until the user briefly moves his mouse over it. Just a
minor annoyance.

Yes, I'm aware of this bug. I gave up on it when I made the
traytip-stays-up-as-long-as-the-mouse-is-over-it system.
I'll probably get back to it one day, but there are much
more important things I want to do first when I'll find time.
