See submitted patch for a fix. The structure changed, and the code
needs to be updated. The patch uses a GNU C extension that will allow it to work even if the structure should change again.

Tested this just now, and it works.
I was able to build and insmod 3dfx.o on Linux-2.4.1. UT, at least, recognized it, so I believe it's working correctly.
