#3 Slow Method is major cause in Dispatch/Helper analysis

For NewOrderAction and several other examples...

In the executive summary section of the detail pane,
Slow Java Method should not be listed as a cause
unless it is the only thing Glassbox found.

So in this case, it should list Slow Dispatch/Helper
in the summary list, and in the detail pane it should
list 'Spending too much time in dispatch or helper
layers' as the single cause in the executive summary
and technical summary regions.

In the technical details, both Slow Dispatch and Slow
Method should be listed.

Slow method should only show up in the exec summary
and technical summary regions if it is the only
problem we find, if it's a supporting problem it just
shows up in the detail section.
