#5 WISHLIST: change default storage paths

Hi,

first of all great project!
It's a minor thing but the annoying factor can be rather
bad. I installed GExperts as Administrator (on WinXP)
but as normal user I don't have write access to the
installation dir (C:\Programme\GExperts).
IMHO all storage paths should default to somewhere
below AppData instead of ProgramFiles, takes quite
some time to find all settings that still reference read-
only dirs and some subtle problems occur because of
unnoticed failed writes (i.e. ProjectOptionSets can't
save anything but remains silent about this)
