#65 Language File Editor

It would be nice if there was a language file editor for GeSHi that could be used to generate language files on the fly or modify and optimize existing ones.

The editor should have the following features:
- Read in a given language file
- Output an optimized version (keywords sorted alpha ASC, indention correct)
- Preserver or alter the header comment (without destructing the format; able to read existing headers)
- Add\Remove keywords \ keyword groups
- Move keywords between groups
- Minimalistic preview of the default style
- Style alterable
- Support for recent features added to GeSHi 1.0.7.X

The output should be copy&pasteable and (optionally) be available as "download". The interface should be intuitive. The script should run from within contrib, without opening security holes.
