#55 Add Gerber analysis tab with table of layer dimensions

Table includes dimensions of each visible layer in inches (resolution 1 thou) and millimetres (resolution 0.1mm), both including and excluding stroke widths. This can be useful for determining the size of a PCB (using a boundary layer) and checking if any layers go outside those bounds.
