#7 DbaseFileWriter working properly?

I am testing the output of the ShapefileWriter.write by
trying to open it with ArcView 3.2. The associated dbf
file (created using the WriteDummyDbf function) appears
to be invalid, with no records. ArcView will open
the 'empty' dbf but will not open the shape file,
because "number of shapes does not match number of
table records". Is this working for others? Thanks.
