Every time you recycle geoshell, doesn't matter what
type of recycle, the geoshell task uses up more and
more memory, open task manager and press recycle a few
times and you'll see what I mean.
It does still leak (the person who tested 4.11.5 was likely
not noticing their VM increases).
I believe this is due to the menu service leaking a little.
But it's hard to say without extensive analysys, especially
since you'd need to eliminate all your plugins as potential
causes.
