#340 check def dbxref for non-standard characters when saving

Can you add a check that would warn upon saving whenever a definition dbxref contains non-standard characters that should be entered as escape characters (such as / or [)? This should really apply to all fields, but I think maybe it already exists for descriptions of regular xrefs, or at least it used to.

    I have since learned of the policy of not including any comments in the dbxrefs. If I am not including comments, then I don't need the extended characters in that field.
