In older versions of OBO-Edit2, the third and fourth elements of a query leg would change to be appropriate to the choice of second element. This no longer works, all queries display the default.
For example choosing a binary search option for the second element removed subsequent elements:
e.g.
what used to be
Select terms that [have] a [is_intersection]
is now
Select terms that [have] a [is_intersection] that [contains] the value <some user="" input="">
Despite this, the binary searches still work. However this is not the case for another important set of queries - those where the user has to specify some numeric value - are now impossible:
e.g.
what used to be
Select terms that [have] a [ISA Parent count] that [equals//>=] the value <some user="" input="">
elect terms that [have] a [ISA Parent count] that [contains/equals/starts with/ends with/matches wildcard/matches regex] the value <some user="" input="">
The last example should have read:
e.g.
what used to be
Select terms that [have] a [ISA Parent count] that [equals|<|=>|>=] the value <some user input number here>
becomes
Select terms that [have] a [ISA Parent count] that [contains|equals|starts with|ends with|matches wildcard|matches regex] the value <some user input here>
