#1183 dbxref descriptions stripped during save

Running OBO-Edit under Windows 7, when def records have dbxref descriptions the ontology loads correctly, the dbxref displays correctly in the edit panel and can be changed, but when the ontology is saved, all of the dbxref's are stripped from the file. An entry like

id: MOD:00516
name: Hex1HexNAc2
def: "modification from UniMod N-linked glycosylation" [RESID:AA0151 "variant", UniMod:148]

is saved as
[Term]
id: MOD:00516
name: Hex1HexNAc2
def: "modification from UniMod N-linked glycosylation" [RESID:AA0151, UniMod:148]

I can replicate this problem from OBO-Edit2.1beta18 through OBO-Edit2.3beta2.
